Where does DESIGNME ship and how much does it cost?

We currently ship across North America. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your hair! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Are DESIGNME products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proud to be 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We do not test on animals, and our formulas contain no animal-derived ingredients.

Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
